Biography Nechaev, Aleksandr Pavlovich
Born in 1866. In 1887 - 90 years engaged in Petrograd University, first in the history and philology and law, and later on the physico-mathematical faculty. He graduated from the course in Yuryev University, where he studied chemistry and mineralogy.
