Biography Palauzov Vladimir
Born in 1851. After graduating from high school enrolled Richelieu, in 1868, the Faculty of Law University of Novorossiysk, which he graduated with a degree candidate in 1872. Was on the university to prepare for a professorship. Master's thesis "On the form of participation of the national element to criminal justice" (in "Memoirs of the Imperial University of Novorossiysk, t. XX and Dep., Odessa, 1876) P. Defended in 1878. During the war 1877 - 1878 he. P. played a prominent role in organizing civil government in Bulgaria. In 1880 he was elected assistant professor in 1884 - an extraordinary professor of criminal law at the University of Novorossiysk. In 1885 - Doctor of criminal law to protect the dissertation "Questioning of jurors in Russian law" (in "Memoirs of the Imperial University of Novorossiysk, t. XLIII and Dep., Odessa, 1885). In 1886, P. appointed full professor of criminal law, and in 1887 began teaching with the criminal process and criminal law. P. counsel in favor of the court jurors. In 1894, P. published work "On the future of our criminal code, which is devoted to reviewing the objections made by different persons on the first draft of the general part of criminal code. P. belongs to a number of articles in the Journal of the Civil and Criminal Law, "" Memoirs of the Imperial University of Novorossiysk "," Law Chronicle and the Journal of the Ministry of National Education ".
