Born in Fulbeke near Grentema; the bulk of his life at Lincoln. U. known fact that in the years of greatest power of Napoleon had predicted his downfall. Author of several works on astrology: "Collection", "Genethliacal Astrology" (in 2 vols.; Newark, 1796-1798), "The Nativity of Napoleon Bonaparte" (1805), "Astronomy and Elementary Philosophy" (1819). The latest and most comprehensive work I. - "Celestial Philosophy, or Genethliacal Astronomy" - was published posthumously in 1828
