Biography Petrov Pavel Menandrovich
(b. 1843) Higher education in Moscow University (1864). In 1869 passed an examination for doctor of medicine at the same university, and the thesis defended at the Military Medical Academy in 1871. In 1873 he was awarded the rank of private teacher (privat-docent) Conference of the Military Medical Academy Department of Forensic Medicine. In 1883 he was appointed Coroner for the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Imperial University of Warsaw. In 1885 he entered the service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the provincial medical inspector of the Saratov province in 1888 - Yaroslavl, and since 1892 - Minsk province.
