Biography Bervi-Flerovsky Vasily
(1829-1918), was born on April 28 (10 May) 1829 in Ryazan. Graduated from Law Faculty of Kazan University (1849). In the 1860's involved in the Populist movement. In 1863 he was arrested and sent into exile. Book Bervi-Flerovsky situation of the working class in Russia (1869) was a milestone in the history of Russia sociology. Book very highly of Marx. In the 1870's in the philosophy of communism Bervi-Flerovsky argued the need to adopt in a society of social equality, based on public ownership, and compatibility with the principles of this ideal of democracy. Philosophies Bervi-Flerovsky most fully represented in his two books - Philosophy of the unconscious, Darwinism and the real truth (1878) and Critique of the basic ideas of science (1904).
Died Bervi-Flerovsky in Yuzovka October 4, 1918.
