Biography Radchenko Konstantin Fedorovich
Born in 1872, education received in the historical-philological faculty of Kiev University. In 1898 he defended his master's thesis "The religious and literary movement in Bulgaria in the period before the Turkish conquest" (Kiev). Contains a professor of Russian language and Slavic dialects in Nezhin Philological Institute.
