Lahuri

(Ahmad and Mi `mar-and Lahuri;? - 1649)
Also known under the name Nadir al-`Asr. Originally from Lahore. He worked at the court of the Mongol emperor Shah Jahan I (1628 - 1657), known as Sahib-Kieran ( "possessing [happy] compound planets").

L. was the architect of the famous Taj Mahal mausoleum in Agra.
