Biography Glenn Hughes
born August 21, 1951 in the glorious city of Birmingham, UK. He left school at 15 years in order to prisoedinitsyav as a guitarist for local rock band. Later he switched to bass, and, much to the delight of his fans, singing. The first group was called Finder's Keepers and performed mostly cover versions. In 1969, Hughes joined the British hard-band Trapeze, released several very successful tour and gave a series of tours, including in the U.S.. But the real glory in Deep Purple, where he worked from 1974 until the group disbanded in 1976 (in 1975 and participated in recording a solo album Tommy Bolin). Hughes then regained Trapeze (band toured but, unfortunately, did not record this time, no plate) and went solo album "Play Me Out" (released in Britain in 1978). In 1984, Hughes worked with Gary Moore and Joe Lynn Turner, and in 1985 worked with the supergroup Phenomena. Then Glenn as the lead guitarist joined Black Sabbath, singing on the album "The Seventh Star" (1986). Hughes broke off a tour with Black Sabbath because of personal and creative problems (because of the drug he got voice). In 1987, he sang three tracks for the plate Phenomena II, re-worked with Trellom, but the records were not released. (1991) and starred in the self-titled clip of the British acid house duo The KLF. However, before returning to its roots by taking part in the "star" Blues Bureau International. These artist is experimenting with a wide palette of styles, but the "core" remains a hard-funk. He constantly takes part in the project and the many tributes
