1813 - 1881
Educated in the Black College and navigational navigational poluekipazhe, served in the case of naval navigators and retired with the rank of Major-General. Long taught French navigator cadets poluekipazha and navigational School. Pen, words and deeds contributed to the spread of literacy among the lower ranks of the fleet and was known for the ability to explain simply and clearly all matters relating to maritime affairs.
