Biography Ptolemy Seleucus
Worked in Rome. He gave astrological consultations to people from the highest strata of society. Tacitus described him as ambitious and unscrupulous astrologers who only thanks to his skill has influence and power. Ptolemy Seleucus also referred to by Suetonius, Plutarch and Juvenal. He was the favorite astrologer Otho, but after the appointment of the last governor of Lusitania in 58 g.

Ptolemy Seleucus remained in Rome. Soon he got the location of Poppaea Sabina, which 62 g. became the wife of Emperor Nero. After the death of Poppaea in 65 g.
