Biography DELBO Victor (Delbos Victor)
Born in 1862 in Fizheake. After completing secondary education enrolled in the Higher Pedagogical Institute, where his head was Olle-Lapryun, and one of the fellow students - Maurice Blondel. After graduating from the institute, he taught at various litseh, then at the Sorbonne. In 1902 he defended his thesis for a doctorate in literature, Essay on the formation of practical philosophy of Kant (Essai sur la formation de la philosophie pratique de Kant), . which was published in 1905 under the name of Kant's Practical Philosophy (La philosophie pratique de Kant),
. Second thesis Delbo (in Latin) was devoted to the philosophy of Schelling. Delbo translated and published in French the work of Kant Foundations metaphysics of morals (1907). There is also the writings of Spinoza: The problem of morality in the philosophy of Spinoza and the history of Spinozism (Le problme morale dans la philosophie de Spinoza et dans l'histoire du spinozisme, 1893) and Spinozism (Le spinozisme, 1916). At the end of life and turned to the study of French philosophy.
