Biography Lecco William Eduprd Hartpol (Lecky William Edward Hartpole)
Born in Newton Park, near Dublin, 26 March 1838. He graduated from Trinity College in Dublin in 1859. Despite the fact that the first books Lecco were not seen by the public, he had not abandoned literary pursuits. . The main work Lecco - History of England of the eighteenth century (The History of England in the Eighteenth Century, 8 vols, 1878-1890) characterized reason and impartiality of the infallibility. In 1895-1902 Lecco represented Dublin University in the House of Commons. In 1903 he released a patch and having more success in the publication of his early work of leaders of public opinion in Ireland (Leaders of Public Opinion in Ireland, 1861). Lecco died in London on October 22, 1903.
