The son of an official. In January 1907. participated in the formation of an anarchist group "Black Terror", issued by an agent provocateur, arrested: until November 1908 - at the St. Petersburg solitary prison ( "Crosses"). In 1910-14 he. often printed poetry and prose. Published a collection of tales and stories for children "Green Meadow" and "brave warriors" (both 1913), but held aloof from the literary world. Aware of writing as another form of the original anarchist choice in. protecting their opposition to "vile time" early 1910's., manners literary bohemian, modern schools in the literature, which until the end of life spoke disparagingly: "decadence" and "futuristic lingo".
