Biography Ignat Petrov Maksimovich
(1909, der. Lubin, now Kardymovsky District - 1970, Voronezh)
Born into a poor peasant family. After high school, young workers worked at the enterprises of Smolensk. In the Red Army from 1922. He graduated from the Kiev Military Artillery School (1934), Military Academy. M.V. Frunze (1941), the Military Academy of the General Staff (1949). During the Great Patriotic War, commanded an artillery battalion 844 th artillery regiment, was chief of staff of 154 th howitzer artillery regiment, the commander of 62-th Guards artillery regiment, artillery commander of the 29-th Guards Rifle Division Elninskaya. After the war he commanded connection, was chief of staff of the artillery of the Voronezh Military District. Since 1965, Mr.. - Retired.
He was awarded two Orders of Red Banner, Order of Suvorov, 2-nd degree, World War 1-st degree, Red Star and medals. Buried in Voronezh.
