Biography KRYLOV Foty Ivanovich

He graduated from the school of Kronstadt Jung (1914), a school of artillery gunners Training Detachment of the Baltic Fleet (1917), produced in ensigns. During the Civil War - the senior gunner (pilot-observer) at Fort Krasnaya Gorka and Seraya Horse. In April 1920,. sent to work in water transport. He was chief of the port of Arkhangelsk, Petrograd, Odessa. In 1930. graduated from the higher command course at the Institute of Maritime Transport. From 1932 to 1941. - Head Epron (expedition Lifting special purpose), then the head of emergency rescue of Navy. In 1945, Mr.. formed a river rescue management of the Navy. He was awarded two Orders of Lenin, Red Banner of Labor Red Banner, medals.
