(23.H.1819 with. Sands Gzhatsk district of Smolensk province - 12.III.1890, St. Petersburg), Senator (since 1883)
He graduated from the School of Artillery (1840) and special classes. To gather information on the status of artillery in 1844-46 he. was sent abroad. After returning to Russia aims to Petrozavodsk for testing ores and the presence in experiments on the Alexander Cannon Plant.
