W aykin Ivan Mikhailovich - deputy commander of the 750 th Aviation Regiment (3rd Air Division, Long-Range Aviation), Major. Born March 20, 1904 in the village Zashevo now Dankovskij district of Lipetsk region. Russian. Childhood and adolescence spent in Moscow (on the territory of the Northern Territory). He graduated from the Moscow Textile College.

In the army since 1931. In 1932 he graduated from the Sevastopol military aviation school of marine pilots.

Member of the Great Patriotic War from 1941. By March 1942, Major Zaykin made over 100 sorties to bomb important military and industrial targets deep in the enemy's rear.

. W tion of the Hero of the Soviet Union with the award of the Order of Lenin and medal "Gold Star" Ivan Mikhailovich Zaykin awarded March 29, 1942 for their courage and heroism in battle.

. After the war he continued service in the Air Force
. Since 1947, Colonel Zaykin IM. Б?  in stock.

Lived in Moscow. Died March 30, 1968. He was buried in Moscow on Danilovsky cemetery.

. He was awarded the Order of Lenin, 2 orders of the Red Banner, Order of the Red Star and medals.

. On the building of the Moscow cotton mill Frunze a memorial plaque.
