A LEXANDER I. Isipin, foreman, assistant platoon commander 1124-Regiment 334 Infantry Division. Born October 24, 1911 in g. Baku family working. Russian. He graduated from the seven-year school in Mr.. Balashov of Saratov region in 1927. Before being called up for active military service he worked at the creamery Balashov Б•¬ 9. In the Soviet Army he served in 1931-1933 and 1941-1945, respectively.

From August 1942 until the victory over Germany in World War II fought on the Western, Kalinin, 1-m 3-Baltic and Byelorussian fronts. He participated in the liberation of Smolensk Oblast, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, defeating the enemy on the territory of East Prussia. Thrice wounded. For military distinctions awarded the Order of Glory 3rd degree (1944), medal "For Courage" (1944), "For the capture of KцTnigsberg" and two other medals.

Fter dismissal from the Soviet Army A. I. Isipin - Second Lieutenant, retired some time lived in Daugavpils, worked as director of swimming pool. Then he moved to r. Balashov, Saratov region. Died Feb. 23, 1975.

We Troma June 23, 1944 troops of the 43rd Army, which fought in the Isipin sergeant, went on the offensive from the area north-west of Vitebsk. At the end of an artillery barrage Isipin with a group of men first took to the attack. Machine-gun fire and hand grenades, our fighters destroyed about fifty fascists and captured an important stronghold of the enemy. Not wanting to put up with the loss of key positions, the Germans concentrated all the fire on a handful of brave men of the Soviet, and then launched a counterattack by the infantry company. . Sergeant Isipin with a group of men of his platoon one of the first crossed the river near the village of Gnezdilovichi. Destroying enemy combat outposts in the coastal hill, Isipin fire from RPD repulsed a counterattack of the German machine gunners, enabling his company without losing speed up the Western Dvina. Here, in this day warriors 43rd Army joined with parts of the 39 th Army 3rd Belorussian Front, advancing from the south, and thus complete the encirclement of the Vitebsk enemy.
