Mikhail Kazakov

(7. 11. 1920 - 1994) Mikhail Kazakov, Guard lieutenant, commander of the 8-th Guards Ground Attack Air Regiment Feodosia.

Born November 7, 1920 in the village Maksimovka Bazarnokarabulakskogo District, Saratov Region. Russian. He graduated 9 years of high school in Mr.. Chelyabinsk in 1938, the Aero Club in g. Krasnodar in 1939, the central flight-gliding school in Mr.. Kremenets in 1941. He worked in Mr.. Sarapul Chief gliding club and instructor pilot school pilots. In 1943 he graduated from the course commander of the attack aircraft.

From September 1943 until February 1945 had fought in the Air Force of the Black Sea and Baltic Fleets. He participated in the liberation of the Taman peninsula, the Crimea, Leningrad Region, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, the destruction of enemy naval forces in the Black and Baltic Seas
