F ROAR Fedorovich Opadchy - pilot test, Colonel. Born January 14, 1907 in the village of Rotovka now Putivl district of Sumy region (Ukraine). By nationality Ukrainian. Graduated proftehshkolu, worked as a fitter-mechanic in a sugar zavode.V Red Army from 1929. In 1931 he graduated from the Gatchina Military Aviation Pilot School, left in her flight instructor. In 1932-1936 ÁT pilot-instructor Lugano Military Aviation Pilot School. From 1936 to ÁT flight test work in the Scientific Testing Institute of the Air Force (NII VVS). Conducted tests jets training dive bombing.
. In Private Soviet-Finnish war of 1939-1940: in December 1939 ÁT ÁT March 1940 squadron commander, 85 th Bomber Aviation Regiment, flew about 30 combat missions on a plane SB.Odnim first used in combat dive bombing.,
