. Born July 14, 1918 on the farm big elephant now Danilov district of Volgograd region in a peasant family. Russian. Member of the CPSU since 1943. He graduated from the 7 classes and trade schools with school Stalingrad Tractor Plant. He worked there as a mechanic and also studied at the flying club. In the Red Army from September 10, 1937. Graduated from Borisoglebsk military aviation school in 1938. He served as junior and senior pilot of the 47 th Fighter Regiment, then flight commander 304 th Fighter Regiment and 137 th separate reconnaissance squadron.

. A deputy and a squadron commander in the 917 th, 813 th and 149 th fighter air regiments. In one battle rammed down two Nazi aircraft. Captain Peresumkin PP. by May 1945 has made 113 sorties exploration and ground attack enemy. In 35 air battles shot down 18 enemy planes.

. In 1955 he graduated from the National Flight and tactical training to improve officers. On January 23, 1958 Lieutenant Colonel Peresumkin - in stock. Lived and worked in Ryazan. Died Oct. 6, 1981.
At the regional committee DOSAAF building in Volgograd, a memorial plaque. He was awarded the Order of Lenin, 2 orders of the Red Banner, Order of the Patriotic War II degree, the Red Star and medals.
