P olynin Fedor Petrovich - a bomber pilot. Born October 20, 1906 in the village of Dry spur of the current Balakovo District, Saratov Region. Russian.
In the army since 1928. In 1929 he graduated from the Leningrad military-theoretical school Air Force in 1931 БT Orenburg VASHL. In 1931-1933 БT pilot-instructor BBA Zhukovsky.
