H ikolay Isaakovich Popov, Captain, Squadron Commander 724-Attack Air Radomski Red Regiment, was born February 13, 1920 in a. Sands Dolmatovski district of the Kurgan region in a peasant family. January 15, 1944 Captain Popov received the assignment to photograph the strongly fortified enemy positions located 15 kilometers northwest of Mr..
