August 11, 1943 Sidorin made four sorties to attack the enemy in the Novo-Bahmutskiy and Gustafeld (north of Mr.. Taganrog). Every time he declined to strafing and shooting Nazis in focus. For exemplary performance of a combat mission announced thanks to the brave attack aircraft from the Military Council of the 5-Second Shock Army and Chief of Staff of the Air Force Red Army.
