Willebrord Snell (1580 - 30.X 1626) - Dutch scientist. Born in Leiden. In 1608, Mr.. received a master's degree at the University of Leiden, the same work.

Works related to mathematics, optics, astronomy. Experimentally discovered (around 1621) the law of refraction of light.
