Biography Pham Tuan
The first Vietnamese cosmonaut. Born February 14, 1947 in the village Kuoktuan County Kien Syong Thay Binh province to a peasant family. Ibid spent his childhood and school years. In 1964 he graduated from high school. In 1965 he was conscripted into the Vietnam People's Army. Health had somehow recognized the unimportant and decided that it is suitable only in aviation.
