Born February 26, 1929, Mr.. G. Moscow. Graduated from the Geological Faculty of Moscow State University (1953).
Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences (1961), Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences (1979). Senior Researcher (1966). Senior Fellow of the historical and regional geology Geological Faculty (1991).
Member of the Moscow Society of Naturalists (1965). Member of the Standing Committee of the Lower Precambrian in the Stratigraphic Committee RAH (1973), a member of the Interdepartmental Lithological Committee of the USSR (1973-1983), a member of the regional offices Kazakhstan Stratigraphic Commission (1976). A member of a specialized council for the general and regional geology and geotectonics at Moscow State University (1980).
Research Interests: geology, stratigraphy, historical and geological analysis of the Precambrian, petrology of volcanic. Leading expert on Precambrian Kazakhstan. Participant works on international inter-university agreement with the University of Warsaw on the Precambrian Geology of the south-western outskirts of the East European Platform (1976-1979). Co-director of comparative studies of early Precambrian basement of ancient platforms and Caledonian granite-greenstone belts and areas of the examples of East European Platform and Kazakhstan, .
