Professor Center for training African experts oil and gas industry (Algeria, 1970-1973). First Deputy. Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Russia (1991-1993). Director of VINITI (1992).
Corresponding Member of RAS. Member of the International Academy of Information Processes and Technology. Member of the Advisory Council under the President of Russia. Senior Advisor to the Government of Russia on the ecology and economy in the UN environmental commission, a member of the International Federation for Information and Documentation. Chairman of the Academic Council VINITI. Chairman of the specialized council on special theoretical foundations of computer science and information systems and processes at VINITI.
