Alex TITARENKO

Born in 1962 in Leningrad, in 1983. kinofotootdelenie graduated from the Leningrad Academy of Culture. His work is represented by the direction in photography, known as St. Petersburg's School of metaphoric pictures. His first major work was shown at the exhibition 'Fotopostskriptum "in the Russian Museum in 1993, and then had several solo exhibitions in Russia, France and Poland. His works are in collections of the Russian Museum (St. Petersburg), Museum of Fine Arts (Boston), Museum of Switzerland and France. Titarenko lives and works in St. Petersburg.
