Born April 14, 1937. in Vinnitsa in the Ukraine. Father - Lysenko, Grigori Yefimovich (1907 g.rozhd.). Mother - Elizabeth Lysenko (1909 g.rozhd.). Wife - Valentina Lysenko Efimovna (1943 g.rozhd.) Engineer. Daughter - Lysenko Mariana A. (1970 g.rozhd.) Doctor.
Graduated from the Moscow Order of Lenin and the Order of Red Banner of Labor Institute of Railway Transport (1954-1960 gg.).
In 1960-1964, Mr.. worked as an engineer-technologist, then deputy chief of planning department of Lublin Casting-Mechanical Plant. From 1964 to 1965. his postgraduate studies at the All-Union Correspondence Institute of Railway Engineers, after which worked as a lecturer in political economy of the All-Union Correspondence Industrial Technical School (1965-1967 gg.).
