Veytser Israel Yakovlevich (1889, Druja Vilnius province - 07.05.1938), politician. The son of an accountant. Educated at the Faculty of Kazan University (1913). In 1906 joined the Bund, in 1914 - in the RSDLP, Bolshevik. Conducted revolutionary work in Dvinsk and Vilnius. In 1914-17 he worked as an accountant in Simbirsk and Kazan province.
