Biography Golikov MAHARAZHZE
Makharadze Philip I. (9.3.1868, s Kariskure Ozurgeti County Tiflis province - 10.12.1941, Tbilisi), party and state leaders. The son of a priest. Educated in Ozurgeti religious school (1884). He studied at the Tiflis Theological Seminary and the Warsaw Veterinary Institute (not finished). In 1891 he joined the RSDLP, Bolshevik. Since 1903 member of the Caucasian Union Committee RSDLP. Repeatedly arrested. In Feb.. 1915 sent to Baku province, fled to Kutaisi, in 1916 - in Tiflis. In 1917 the editor of "The Caucasian worker" (Tiflis). From: October. 1917 members of the Caucasian Territorial Committee RSDLP (b). In 1918-20, found. Xia on underground work in Georgia. Since 1920 member of the Caucasian Bureau of the RCP (b) a member of the CC CP (b) Georgia. Since March 1921 before. Georgian Revolutionary Committee. On Feb.. 1922 preya. CEC of Georgia, before. Gosplan. In 1929-30 before. SNK Georgian SSR in 1931 before. ZSFSR CEC and the CEC of Georgia. In 1927-30 a member of the CCC, CPSU (b). From: 1937 Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. In 1938 before. Presidium of the Supreme Council of Georgia and the deputy. prev. Supreme Soviet. The author of works on the history of the Bolshevik Party in Georgia.
