Biography Auguste Lumiere
Auguste Lumiere was born October 19, 1862 in the town of Besancon, in the family of the artist, enjoys photography.
Together with his brother Jean-Louis Auguste Lumiere developed apparatus, which they called "cinema". The main inventor was Louis Jean Lumiö¬re and Auguste helped him, basically, money.
In addition to the technical invention of the Lumiere brothers, the initiative belongs to the regular production of films.
So, on Dec. 28, 1895 at the Grand CaföL on the Boulevard de Kapyusin (Paris) hosted the first film show, which began with a display area Belkur in Lyon. The day was sold just 35 tickets, worth one franc, but then the brothers Lumiere lined up huge queue wishing to see the movie.

But the brothers Lumiö¬re were unable to compete with other photographers, so sold their patents.
April 10, 1954 Auguste Lumiere died in the city of Lyon.
