Rubtsov, Olga (1909 -1994). Fourth world champion (1956-1958). Born August 20, 1909 in Moscow. Learned to play in childhood. Her father Rubtsov was known Moscow chess player. The first of its success - a victory on a massive youth tournament, organized by the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda" (1926). The following year, became a champion of the country. This is the title she won 4 more times, winning championships in 1931, 1937 and 1949, and in 1935 won the match for the title of champion of the country O.Semenovu-Tyanshanskuyu - 7:2 (+6-1 = 2). R. Thrice became champion of Moscow.
In the tournament at the World Championship (Moscow, 1949-1950) was the second.
