Biography Georgy Bovt
Georgy Bovt was born in Moscow on January 11, 1960. In 1982 he graduated in history from Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, ibid worked and studied in graduate school specializing in the history of political parties in the U.S.. In 1986 he received a PhD in history, a thesis on the fight against corruption and reforming the civil service (administrative reforms) in the United States.

. After working at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) RAS
. Bovt went to the United States, where in 1992, graduate course at Columbia University (Columbia University), specializing in international relations.

. After returning to Russia Bovt began working in the media, first as a correspondent for the publishing house "Kommersant", later became the head of the political newspaper "Kommersant"
. In addition, from 1997 to 1999 Bovt worked in the newspaper "Today". From 1999 to 2004 Bovt was deputy editor and chief-editor of the newspaper "Izvestia".

The experts noted that the new party will certainly be loyal to the Kremlin.
