Biography Black Sasha
BLACK Sasha (pseudonym, real name and surname - Alexander Glikberg) [1 (13) .10.1880, Odessa, - 5.8. 1932, Lavandou, France], Russian poet.
Born in a family of Pharmacists. Began to publish in 1904. From 1905 he worked in the St. Petersburg satirical journals. In 1908-11 employee "Satyricon".
His precise and scathing satirical poems (Sat.. "Satire", 1910) exposed the reaction, ridiculed betrayed the high ideals of the liberal intellectual, philistinism and vulgarity in politics, literature and life.
Later in the lyrics of Black amplified sarcasm, pessimism. In 1920 he emigrated. The book "Thirst" (1923) painted a sense of longing for a lost homeland.
In the last years of his life writing short stories and original genre of "Soldier" (publ. 1933), raise the type of Russian soldier since 1-st world war, a party which was Black.
Known as a master of poetry and prose for children.
