Batu Hasikov

Batu Sergeevich Hasikov (born on June, 28, 1980, Moscow) is a well-known Russian kickboxer, absolute world champion among professionals in kickboxing ISKA, WAKO-PRO, WKA, winner of festivals of martial arts Fight of champions (RSBI) and Battle of Moscow (Fight Nights).

Batu Sergeevich Hasikov grew in Kalmykia in the city of Lagan (earlieir Caspijsky). His father Hasikov Sergey Sanzhigorjaevich was an engineer-technical, and mother - Hasikova Firjuza Sharifullaevna - a teacher of foreign languages at school.

From 1st to 11th classes he studied in the Lagansky comprehensive school ? 3. At the age of 6 parents took him to football section, and in 11 father brought Batu to Kyokushin kaikan karate where he trained up to the end of school education with the trainer Alymov Alexander Viktorovich (3 dan). Besides he attended art school, danced in children's ensemble.

In September, 1997 he matriculated the Moscow Pedagogical State University, faculty of physical training and sports which he graduated in July, 2003. He continued the education in postgraduate study of the Russian Academy of Public service in the department of national and federal relations.

He carried out more than 200 single combats on amateur ring in such martial arts as karate, hand-to-hand fighting, combat sambo, jujitsu, Thai box, kickboxing.

- 2006, 2007, 2010 - Champion of Russia in kickboxing, weight category under 71 kg;
- 2007 , 2008, 2009 - Champion of GUVD of Moscow in hand-to-hand fighting, weight category under 70 kg;
- 2005 - World Champion among kickboxing clubs, weight category under 71 kg;
- 2005, 2008, 2010 - Champion of Moscow in kickboxing, weight category under 71 kg;
- 2004 - Winner of Russian Cup in Thai box, weight category under 71 kg;
- 2000 - Champion of Moscow in Kyokushin kaikan karate, weight category under 80 kg;
- 2000 - Champion of Russia in Seivakai karate, weight category under 80 kg.
- 2003-2004 - Champion of Moscow in Thai box, weight category under 71 kg.
- 2002 - Winner of International Tournament in combat sambo, weight category under 74 kg.
- 2000-2001 - Chingiskhan Cup winner in Kyokushin kaikan karate in the absolute weight category.
