the meeting is attended by the speakers of both houses of Parliament Valentina Matvienko and Sergei Naryshkin, the head of the Kremlin administration Sergei Ivanov, security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev and his Deputy Rashid Nurgaliyev, head of the Ministry of internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, the Ministry of defense Sergei Shoigu, Federal security service Alexander Bortnikov and foreign intelligence service Mikhail Fradkov, and permanent member of the Council Boris Gryzlov.
