According to the head of the accounts chamber of audit in the Russian space Agency will be continued. "In many ways that is associated with the audits of the budget, will be extended conformable in control events", said Golikova.
According to her statement, compared with 2013, when she first reviewed the implementation of the budget, at the moment the number of violations has increased dramatically. The head of the audit chamber considers it necessary to use more stringent measures against violators of the budget legislation. "The intention of our tests affects almost all spheres of the domestic financial life of the company. As you can see, we detected many violations. But often to bring the process to the court is difficult. In consequence of this I wish to turn to you with a proposal to toughen the penalty for violations in economy sphere," he said, speaking with a report in the state Duma.
In her view, it makes sense, in particular, to increase the amount of fines. "The penalties for violations of certain norms of the Administrative procedure code. We have in 2013 that authority, but the deed does not match the punishment: fines are discharged in the amount of 2-3 thousand rubles. Even when it comes to the most difficult situations, can be either a fine of 20 thousand rubles or disqualification for 3 years", - explained the head of the accounting chamber. With all this economic violations "is measured in millions, and in some cases tens or hundreds of millions of rubles".
