Stoltenberg: NATO focused on cooperation with Russia
NATO focused on cooperation with Russia, said Tuesday the Secretary General of the Commonwealth of Jens Stoltenberg.
"We will maintain the relationship with Russia, both the military and diplomatic level," he said, delivering a speech in the U.S. capital.
NATO officially time has stopped cooperation with Russia amid disagreements with Moscow over the conflict in Ukraine.
