Basurin: snipers AFU are firing at the militia to provoke them
Snipers Ukrainian security forces specially start shooting at the militia during inspections of the OSCE, to cause return fire, said Deputy commander of the headquarters of the militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic Eduard Bacurin.
