U.S. Republican Senator John Sidney McCain didn't want to go to the polls in Luhansk, stated the Senator.
"Although I often do not participate in observing the elections in imaginary countries, I am grateful for this unique invitation. If the so-called Luhansk people's Republic is interested in holding democratic elections, I propose her supporters to lay down their arms and participate in the upcoming round of elections in a free and United Ukraine ", - is informed in the report.
