"November 5 in the process of the court session the defendants defenders Karpuk and Klaha were declared the petition for the appointment of a forensic medical examination to detect injury to the defendants, the establishment of limitations and the mechanism of their infliction. Today at the meeting of the court these petitions were satisfied, the case is appointed is judicial-medical examination, " said Khaimov.
He also said that the next meeting will be held on November 17 this year.
By assumption the investigation, Karpyuk, together with Dmitry Korchinsky and other persons from among the Directors and members of UNA-UNSO arrived from Ukraine to Chechnya, in order from an armed group together with members of gangs operating in the Republic and headed by Aslan Maskhadov, Shamil Basayev, attacks and killings of Residents, soldiers of the Russian Federation and workers of the police organization.
