Turchynov: the peace process in the Donbas has not become irreversible
The peace process in the Donbas envisaged by the Minsk agreements, has not yet become irreversible, said Wednesday the Secretary of the Council of national security and defence (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov.
"The peace process has not crossed the line when it becomes irreversible ", - Turchynov said at the launch ceremony of the newly built small armored artillery boats in Kiev.
