In Moscow, on the territory of the ancient Sretensky monastery, founded in the late XIV century, today open the new temple of Christ's Resurrection and new martyrs and Confessors of the Russian Church.

Today in the ceremony of consecration of his relics enclosed in the ark, mounted on stones, brought from the Solovetsky Islands, where the Martyr spent 5 years in prison. He Sretensky monastery was founded in 1397 by Prince Vasily I, in honor of deliverance from the invasion of Tamerlane. And at the end of 1920-ies was almost destroyed.
Rebuilt and returned to the monastery complex built of white limestone, brought from Vladimir and Suzdal. It is decorated with stone carvings. The temple was restored by the latest technologies. The climate system provides ventilation and air conditioning, are equipped with video broadcasting system, digital equipment everywhere. It will be a real educational center, as said by the clergy.
