Toxic substance of "things Skripal" patent in USA
Commissioner of Russia to the OPCW Alexander Shulgin claims that a toxic substance, which on assurances of the British side was poisoned in Salisbury Sergey And Yulia Skrobala, produced And patented in the USA in the form of chemical weapons.
Speaking at the meeting of the Executive Council of the OPCW in the Hague on Wednesday, Shulgin showed those present the meeting document of the office for patents And trademarks (United States Patent and Trademark Office), dated 1 December 2015. Rubin ".
