Boeing made an emergency landing on water in Micronesia
Passenger Aircraft Boeing 737-800 aircraft for the national airline of Papua New Guinea Air Niugini with 36 passengers in the cabin made an emergency landing on water in Micronesia, informs the local print edition of Pacific Daily News referring to the management of the airport.
the incident occurred on the last working day of the week in the morning. The plane, bound for the Islands of Truk, fell when landing in water roughly 150 metres from the runway.
According to the Manager of the airport Micronesian state of Truk, Jimmy Emilio, all 36 passengers and eleven crew members are currently visiting, but about the serious injuries, no reports. Anyway, eyewitnesses claim that among the former there are victims.
