Jake Gyllenhaal would star in another Prince of Persia film
The 29-year-old actor plays dashing Prince Dastan in adventure epic Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. He loved every aspect of the role, and would jump at the chance to make a sequel.
"Of course, I loved playing the role," he said. "I loved being a part of the movie. It is an incredible world, so if that were an opportunity, I would definitely take it."
Jakestars opposite British actress Gemma Arterton in the movie, which is released worldwide this month. He recently revealed that the film-s entire cast and crew are desperate to make anotherfilm, but are too busy worrying about whether audiences will like the first one to make any concrete plans.
"I think everybody`s just hoping that the audience is going to like this movie and if they respond to it I think we would be more than happy to try our hand at another one," Jake explained. "I think at this point we`re all just hoping people will like this and go and see this one."
