Fitch upgrades Russia
International rating Agency Fitch upgraded the chart of Russia from "BBB-" to " BBB ", the forecast is constant.

Fitch also stressed that the Russian authorities adopted measures will allow to cope with the punishment.
As explained Vice-Premier, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, the Agency in fact returned to his assessment of the level of credit risk of Russia until 2014. According to his statement, the rating upgrade is a new confirmation of adaptation of Russian economy to the challenges and ability to reach a higher rate of increase.
the Finance Ministry also expressed hope that the decision of Fitch will be the logical base for the growth of Russia's rating by other agencies of the " big three ".
