The `Rehab` singer - who worked with producer Mark on breakthrough album `Back To Black` in 2006 - lashed out at him on twitter, accusing him of trying to steal too much credit for the record.
She wrote: "Ronson you`re dead to me; one album I write an you take half the credit- make a career out of it? Don`t think so BRUV (sic)."
Amy`s rant came after Mark made an appearance on TV show `Later-. With Jools Holland` on Friday night (17.09.10), where he claimed that he had "created the tracks" for Amy`s album, which has sold over right million copies to date.
Amy and Mark also fell out when trying to work together in 2008, when approached to write the title track for James Bond movie `Quantum of Solace`.
Mark reportedly called time on recording sessions after Amy`s wild lifestyle left her unable to write pf perform properly.
The pair had patched things up more recently, however, and recently recorded a track - a cover of Lesley Gore track `It`s My Party` - for a Quincy Jones tribute album, which will be released in November.
Amy`s outburst at Mark is not the first time the 27-year-old singer has used the social networking site to air her grievances.
In January, Amy - who has previously battled alcohol and drug abuse - blasted her father, Mitch, for talking about her troubles in public.
She wrote on twitter: "Why don`t my dad write a song when something bothers him instead of going on national tv? And you thought your parents were embarrassing (sic)."
In March the singer also posted a series of bizarre messages on her twitter page begging for motoring help from her `Auntie Rene`.
She wrote: "I WANT. DRIVING LESSONS..an machete BUT.IWANT.DRIVING.LESSONS.MORE.
"I NEEEEEEEEEED DRIVING LESSONS..an machete BUT.IWANT.DRIVING.LESSONS.MORE> auntie rene more.! i`ll pay, you jus come` long fo` craziness (sic).
